Robert is a co-founder and managing director of BTS International LLC, a consulting group of highly skilled individuals providing consulting services for all aspects of the packaging machine industry, with particular emphasis on the pharmaceutical market.

Prior to this position Robert has served as Senior Vice President for Rohrer North America Inc. Robert established this company on behalf of the Swiss parent company, Rohrer AG, to support their sales/ service and development projects in NorthAmerica. Rohrer AG is manufacturer of packaging equipment for the pharmaceutical industry specializing in Thermo and Cold forming technologies. Additional Industry positions included; 10 years as Sales Director for Uhlmann Packaging Systems, the world leader in Thermoforming equipment supply to the Pharma Industry, 10 years as Sales Manager for IWK, premier manufacturer of tube filling and cartoning equipment , and 6 years as Vice president of Pester-USA, manufacturer of end-of line-equipment.

With 40 years of experience in the packaging equipment and package development area of the Pharma industry, he has been responsible for: designing, specifying (technical and commercial), buying, selling, installing complete lines, partial and complete project management, turnkey lines, and development of prototype machines. During his career he has installed over 200 packaging lines (over 100 of them blister lines) and has worked with a myriad of US and Foreign firms on packaging line development, specification, and installations. Robert received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Farleigh Dickinson University, and holds a Professional Engineering license in New Jersey and New York

Mr. Koehler is a co-founder and managing director of BTS International LLC, a design and technology group of consultants. Terry is the engineering mgr. for solid dose and liquid filling systems used primarily in the pharmaceutical industries. He has over 40 years of experience in the engineering, research and management positions with companies that include Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp. for 17 yrs. where as a senior RESEARCH FELLOW, Terry lead a large group of multi disciplined engineers for trouble shooting and product development worldwide , He worked for Unilever as operations and development Dir. , then Joined Package Devices LLC as VP of sales and engineering a manufactures sales group that represents high end, high speed packaging lines for the food and Pharma Industries . Terry still holds a senior partnership position with Package Devices LLC as well as the director’s position with BTS International LLC. Mr. Koehler received his BS degree in ORGANIC CHEMISTRY and his MS in CHEMICAL ENGINEERING from the University of California at Berkley.
